On Sunday my companion and I were viewing an exhibition of the work of Yves Klein ("The last great French painter"). The print info provided at the exhibition pointed out that an iPhone app designed as a guide to the show was available, also an iPad app. I downloaded the iPhone app and used it while walking around. However I didn't think it added much to the experience. Later I downloaded the iPad app. That I've found very rewarding as a reminder of the art and as an expansion of my appreciation of Klein. I'd find it worthwhile even if I hadn't seen the exhibition. And the great thing is I have the info and images electronically, with no book or pamphlet to store.
A great world we live in! Patrick G.
