I've noticed that not all of my apps show up in iTunes. And how do I get the apps from the apps folder in iTunes to my iPad? I've been able to transfer them while they're downloading on the downloads page, but never from the apps page. I haven't done the system upgrade because I'm afraid of losing my apps.
