Re: [iPad] Now My Peeve - Screen protectors vs scratches (was New here and to the IPAD)

Or risk the thread being missed. Personal preference not a necessity. Unless you need a response. The best way to get that is with a new thread.

It is not that difficult to start a new topic, so please do so.

When you just change the subject in the subject line it really does not change the subject line!
All it does is change what is displayed, it does NOT create a new subject or thread. For those who are using threaded messages (the default in iOS 4+) this message is lumped in with all the messages from the original subject line.

Please take the time to start a new topic.  If you want the message from the topic you are piggy backing on just cut & paste into new topic. It is so easy with iPads

Seeing so many scratches in my middle school student's digital displays will motivate anyone to immediately add a screen protector.
I have been personally installing on all mine since early Windows CE days. If you clean the screen as best possible and _carefully_ follow instructions in a dust free room with no fans or HVAC blowing, they can be installed with no bubbles.
