Did you use Migration to move your iTunes library to the new machine, or have you been trying to use the iPad to get it there?

Have you used iTunes to play any music or videos, purchased from the Store, on your new computer? If not, do so, then try syncing your iPad.

Sent from my Apple iPad Hi All,
Help!
I am having problems syncing my iPAD after getting a new Apple Computer (Oh the woes of Xmas)
I can sync without problems on the old computer, but get into difficulties with the new one.
I bought some new apps (Oh the joys of Xmas) but ran into trouble when I tried to sync the iPAD and the new Apple. iTunes complained that the new computer was not authorised to receive apps from the iPAD - so I authorised it OK. Authorising it again confirms that it is authorised.
However, syncing again brings up the same error message and a threat to delete some apps from the iPAD unless I authorise the computer. If I try that it just goes round the course again and produced the same error message.
In fact it does not delete any apps from the iPAD, but it does not upload the new apps either. It hangs with this problem at step 3 of 5 demanding authorisation
The work around is to fire up the iPAD and reload the new apps. The paid for apps are recognised and reloaded free of charge. However, I would like to be able to sync with the new computer.
Any ideas any one (and a happy Xmas)
