I've been using Dropbox for what seems like forever.  Great service.

There's a free app called File Manager File Manager (FREE) by TapMedia Ltd

The in-app upgrade is 99¢ but don't know what the difference is since I haven't paid it.  Maybe this will help.

I looked for 'DrioBox&#39; but didn't see anything, did you mean DropBox? If so, yes.....but as you say, (basically) it's not a file manager.
