I agree, except that there will be some select cases for which it will be useful.
For example, presuming you can use the phone while charging, as you can when it is plugged
in, then having such a wireless charger at your desk while you work would mean that at the end
of the day, you can leave work with a fully-charged phone instead of one at 28%.
