Re: [iPad] Lightning connectors

I might add:

Some devices can handle a stronger current than other, some can handle a higher tension.

Cases in point:
- I have a power bank with USB ports offering 1A (for general use) and 2.1A (for Apple devices). Besides, I have purchased some extra chargers to be (more or less) paired with iPod Touch devices; I chose the stronger "iPad" model (and haven't yet regretted).
- The quick-charger that comes with the Samsung Galaxy S6 puts 9V on that USB port instead of the standard 5V. So I don't use that charger with my Apple devices.

Note:
I don't know the differences in design (materials that hold the charge, regulating circuitry) of the batteries involved. There may well be a good reason for limiting the current or tension in order to have the batteries last longer (per charging cycle or for more cycles).

No problem. While the iPad charge can supply more current, Apple devices only draw what they require

I didn't realize the wall chargers were different.  Are they interchangeable or would there be a problem using an iPad wall charger on a Nano, etc?  Thanks ...
