And in the cases that I cited the iPad replaced computers or other tools that were previously used and are used in a manner that keeps the employee productive. I could do my job as for support for a call center using an iPad. Now of course they won't give me one because they have a deal with Lenova but whatever. There are tons of people and tons of professionals they could easily and are easily using iPads as her sole means of computing power. Maybe not you. Maybe not your profession. But in the very least the ones I listed and many more

Since plenty of iPads are used as POS systems, I'd say the answer is "yes"!!! And real estate agents! And students are productive! So are pilots! All day and using iPads. :-) heck they even filmed a tv show using one.

I guess the issue is a person works on a computer all day being productive. Could they do that as well on an iPad?
