And in the cases that I cited the iPad replaced computers or other tools that were previously used and are used in a manner that keeps the employee productive. I could do my job as for support for a call center using an iPad. Now of course they won't give me one because they have a deal with Lenova but whatever. There are tons of people and tons of professionals they could easily and are easily using iPads as her sole means of computing power. Maybe not you. Maybe not your profession. But in the very least the ones I listed and many more

Hee, no. Your talking one specific task, all day. I'm talking using the iPad all day doimng all manner of home and work related tasks, 100% replacing your laptop.

Since plenty of iPads are used as POS systems, I'd say the answer is "yes"!!! And real estate agents! And students are productive! So are pilots!
