Hobbled, constrained. Its like that as it is a consumption OS. You don't do stuff, although you can, you read, watch and play. The points made are based on the iPad being more productive. Why not? It has a screen, keyboard, apps, files. Its just a matter of not changing iOS, but freeing up some hobbles, so that its more productive, without taking away its consumption based regime. Thats merely allowing more sharing, and the apps being more than lite apps. It will never be as free as Windows or OSX, but it can be less cumbersome, and it has come a long way.
