It's not you. It's the "every snowflake gets a trophy" mentality. Entitlement. Err. That's my guess anyway. I think it's Pavlovian in nature. Push a button get a treat. We've taught them that if they gripe we'll reward them with money off their bill which in turn teaches them that their bill isn't worth what we say it is an increases the circle.
