It sounds like you're having problems with the mobile version of the Amazon website? Have you tried a different browser, like Google Chrome? Have you tried the Amazon app?

I'm unable to get to my Amazon Account from iPad. I can make purchases with "one-click" but cannot make a purchase using the cart and I can't access my account information. I get the username/password incorrect. I reset my password several times, no luck. I called Amazon and the tech kicked me up to the people that deal with this issue exclusively. The tech in that department reset my password and asked me to check it. I did but on my laptop and it worked. Then tried iPad, after hanging up from Amazon tech and it didn't work. So it's works on computers but not on iPad. I went to setting and cleared cookies and data. Powered iPad off, turned if on only to have the same trouble. Is it time to reset or restore the iPad from the computer?
