If you created the event, just touch it, click Edit, scroll down to the bottom to delete. I just tried this with an event I created, and it worked just fine.

All want to do at t his point is to delete/erase an event that I entered. I thought I was starting to catch on iPad concepts. I don't even use a paper wall calendar, my life is not complicated enough to need one. I just write notes to myself and keep looking at them to make sure that the event date time hasn't arrived.
I could just forget about Calendar but I want to be able to use my iPad properly.
Is there a simply way to just delete the event. I'm beginning to think that what is making things so complicated is having everything SYNCed.
