Right, which may well be why Bose is going after it right now instead of
earlier when it was worth as much.

On the other hand, Bose may have just recently bought some Beats
noise-cancelling headphones and taken them apart to see how they work
and that may have been when Bose found the patent infringement and they
may have leaped into legal action as soon as they discovered the
infringement.
