I had this issue when taking a photo with my iPhone and what it looked like on PC's A portrait I think came out sideways, and landscape came out upside down. I now take photos in landscape with the camera on the top left, try that

Greetings!
I'm fairly new to iPad, but have been using an iMac for many years. The iPad is a far different animal, however. (Duh!)
Recently, I took a picture with the iPad. I did the necessary to put the image on an email form. I sent the email. In my iPaid mail, the picture looked fine. On my iMac, the picture looked fine on my received email.
However, several of my friends wrote and told me the picture was upside down!
What gives?
