That's what I use. It plugs into the back of the TV with RGB plugs. The other end into the iPod. Movies or TV shows play fine. I had to use the lightening adaptor to plug into the iPad mini. As I said, I have sound thru the TV from the iPad but no picture. Not a big deal I just wondered if anyone had it working.

TedSent from my iPad AirI tried hooking my iPad mini up to the kitchen TV using the iPod connection. Funny the iPod plays movies on TV but not iPad. I get sound on TV but no picture. I'm on the proper screen too.
