when I run into a problem like that I turn to my best friend, google. I've had pretty good success finding answers via google.

I had problems with something in Maps and the Apple Help people didn't know that answer. I wanted to remove pins & book marks. Two techs had no clue. How's a newbie suppose to figure it out if the techs don't knkow?
