So then you're actually saying that it's not intuitive for "most
clients" if they've used Windows computers before. Thus your first
statement "intuitive if you've used any sort of computers before" is
negated by your second statement which seems to say that it's not
intuitive to Windows computer users since they expect it to work like
Windows. And since Windows computers make up the larger market share of
computers, that means that the largest group of computer users may well
not find iOS devices to be intuitive.
Let's face it, in any discussion about computers, they're intuitive only
to people who find them to be intuitive.
There's no pre-definition of a group who will find any device to be
intuitive -- it's a hit-or-miss proposition as to whether any individual
or group of individuals will find any device intuitive.
