I use iOS 7 and iMessage. So far, only a couple reboots to fix my iMessage problem. No, I didn't complain about it in the Apple forums. I saw quite a few complaints about it there though.

Exactly right but if it was that low as in a fraction of a percent it would be statistically unlikely that anyone we know has it. That does not seem to be the case
