Re: [iPad] Using Wi-Fi

What you read is correct as long as you have WiFi turned on.

According to what I have read. iPhones as well as iPads will seek out a Wi-Fi connection for data first, then use cellular if no Wi-Fi is present. I ask before I start downloading a ton of stuff to my iPhone 5. I don't want to get hooked for mega charges on my Verizon account. My iPad only has Wi-Fi but my new iPhone 5 has 4G and Wi-Fi.

Thanks,

[iPad] RE: Using Wi-Fi

Go to Settings > General > Cellular and turn off cellular data.

My iTunes app is not working at the moment, so i can't help you there, but you can open the App Store, and at the bottom, tap the Redeem button and load your gift cards there, then use them in the iTunes app.
