Nope, because I ordered the cellular version which won't ship until two weeks after the wi-fi (approximately).
Does your Order Confirmation email from Apple not indicate that the iPad Mini will be delivered on November 2? There is also a clickable Order Status button towards the bottom of that notification that will take you to an Apple page. It probably says that your order is being prepared for shipment & can't be cancelled. There will be an estimated delivery date on that page & a line telling you that you will receive an email with a tracking number when the unit is shipped.
