Subject: [iPad] Installing apps

 
I want to install apps. But I can't get past the screen that says "Improve Apple security. To help ensure the security of your Apple ID choose three security questions and answers." And then there are two grey Buttons. One says cancel and one says continue. I chose my three questions and answers, But I can't get past that screen. So I haven't been able to install any apps. What can I do?
