Further research shows that app lock programs are available if you want to jail break your iPAd. " AppLocker " is one good one. Unfortunately, it appears Apple does not currently want this feature in their factory units.

I looked, but didn't see any apps that password locked games in a folder. Most of them looked like they were for photos and files.
