[iPad] Peer to peer question

 

 

  I wonder if there is a way I can establish a peer to peer connection between my iPod Touch and my iPad2,  by way of Wifi or Blue Tooth???   My intent is to somehow be able to set the iPod Touch where  I can remotely ( hundreds of feet )  view it’s camera on my iPad2.   I understand that with a WiFi network available I could do this with FaceTime,  but I would rather not establish a FaceTime account since I don’t ever use it.  Additionally,  FaceTime doesn’t do peer to peer.

 

Is there an App for what I am suggesting?
