Thanks to everyone for their recommendations.  I looked at the Roocase and liked it very much but am shying away from the bulk that is added to the iPad.


The Book Seat at a $1.99 is a steal but at $24.95, I think I will stay with pillow suggestion until I head to Bed Bath and Beyond with one of my discount coupons and look at the polybead pillows.

At first I used a micro bead tube pillow purchased for about $3.99 at Bed,
Bath and Beyond (amusingly, somebody is selling these as "iPad pillows" on
eBay for $30), which worked great to prop my iPad in whatever position I
wanted. Then I found a Book Seat at Goodwill for $1.99 and that baby is
PERFECT. If you don't have that kind of uncanny luck, you can also buy them
on Amazon:

Now I use my microbead tube pillow for my neck.<G>
