yea, yuotube is embedded in the appletv like netflix. it can mirror the ipad2 via iOS5 this fall. it already will mirror all video content by most apps, just not mirror the whole screen til ios5 as i understand it

And it's quite small. My Apple TV sits on top of my ComCast cable box. I love it. It plays everything in my iTunes library plus Netflix movies and of course movies that I rent or buy from the Apple store. I must confess I don't rent though. I only did it once to see how it worked.
