It is showing no service when I turn on cellular no matter where it is. The Wifi works fine. There is no Wifi at work or in the car so right now I can't use the internet unless I'm at a McDonalds or another hotspot. Does anyone know how I can get it working again?

I have a ipad 2 ..64 wifi...and although I can connect to the free wifi, at all the different places I go to... I always seem to have a problem connecting at Barnes & Noble... It takes forever... then it stops, before it gets to the acceptance page... If I wait longer (20 minutes) sometimes, it will connect but, most of the time it will not...
Does anyone else have this problem at B&N ????
What could be the problem???
