Sounds like a connectivity problem. The update may be coincidental or something in 8.4.1 may be bumping into a modem/router problem.
I'd reboot the modem and router.
Since updating to ver 8.4.1 on my iPad 4, web page loading usually stalls and the loading never completes.
This was never a problem with the previous version. If I shut down the Pad, and let it rest, then reboot, the webpage loading is normal for a while, but eventually reverts to the naughty behavior. Any ideas ?
