Then what are the four sensors behind the watch expected to do?

I have my doubts (from a physics point of view) about an accurate and reliable non-invasive glucose sensor that would work in an Watch and still allow all the other functions of the product, and a good battery life.
I would not be surprised, however, eventually to see a dedicated, wrist-worn, non-invasive glucometer as an independent device that would wirelessly report to an iPhone or an Watch, and even be paid for by various 3rd-party insurance programs.
