Phone using either radio drains battery it seems. I keep it in airplane mode to. Conserve battery. I was thinking maybe the SIM card. But on wifi today texting it was draining the battery but I didn't have the celly off just the wifi on.

Is the phone on cellular or wifi? Faulty radio(s)? But didn't you say its losing battery with Airplane mode on?

Riddles me this.
I can use the iPod part of my iPhone with headphones for 75-80 minutes and go from 100% down to 99% but texting or surfing and it goes from 100% down to 21% or lower.
Is that truly indicative of s battery issue?
