I was on Verizon with my Motorola flip phone, until making the switch to iPhone in January 2009, when the ATT coverage in my area improved.
So I've had a "standard" ATT family plan until now.
But now I've made the switch again: I discovered that their "unlimited voice, unlimited texts, 10 GB data" shared plan for 3 iPhones costs me $55 LESS every month than what I had before.
And a week or so later, I got the 6+, for nothing down except the sales tax, and the Applecare+ plan – just a monthly payment for 18 months or so.
