Which, depending on what apps they are, may be accomplishing almost nothing at all, or a moderate power savings, or, in a quite small chance, a lot of power savings.

Right now, there are 46 apps sitting in my "rapid-switching tray" and I don't intend to kill any of them any time soon.

Typically by the time I go to bed, my iPad battery is down to about 30%. (Right now, it's 94%, but today is unusual in my non-use.)
