Normal for me. It seems to be just a list of apps that have been run recently. It would be nice if there were a visual distinction between running and no-longer-running, so you could quickly kill everything that's still active if you suspect that something you're using needs memory.
This is often mentioned when users have an issue.
I have noticed something odd, so I googled to see what a hard restart does. Yes, its like restarting your computer, losing all the apps etc that were running at the time, this is what I expected.
I notice that if I hard restart my 6 PLus, then when it is back on, I double click the Home button, I still have all these apps in the multi tasking bar.
Is this normal?
