Encouraging ISP's to deliver faster connections. But if its not viable to upgrade an area to fibre, a name change isn't really going to help

Well ADSL wont be broadband as thats 24/1 max. Many VDSL wont be either unless you are well inside the 900 metre radius of the cabinet.So, some VDSL will be broadband and all fibre will be
