Convert from ePub to pdf.
Then you can print any page.
I have never attempted it with iPad but it is normal on windows desktop.

It is irritating to see so many errors. I too, still prefer my books over paper, for most reading. If I'm doing research, paper is sometimes easier. Hold a page here and there, and to flip back and forth. Also, I haven't figured out how to print just one or two pages.
