I've used all kinds of cases on my Apple devices and left them on while charging and have never noticed any overheating at all.  Never used the Life Proof one, though.

I'm using Apple cases on all of my iOS devices, don't remove them for charging & have not noticed any overheating.  I haven't used your brand of case.

I was particularly interested to see the warning about care when charging an iPad that is in its case, as my iPad Air is kept in a LifeProof case and charged without being removed. This particular make of case is hard to remove because its aim is to seal out dirt and water. Has anyone noticed any overheating while charging in a case?
