The *ONLY* differences between the 6Plus and the 6 are:

Physical size
Number of pixels
Contrast ratio 
(both are better than the 5S/5C, but the 6 is better than the 6Plus)
Optical image stabilization (6Plus)
(It remains to be seen if this will be significant)
Battery size (and consequent values for talk time, etc.)
 
You said "but the 6 is better than the 6Plus"    Can you clarify?

iPhone 6Plus: 1300:1 contrast ratio
iPhone 6: 1400:1 contrast ratio
iPhone 5C/5S:  800:1 contrast ratio
