Yes, I think the watch will be aimed at everyone, not just ... who?
A big difference between the iPhone and the Apple Watch is that the phone is normally hidden, in a purse or a pocket. The watch must be worn, and so it must be conspicuous. Everyone will have to want to make it part of their wardrobe. I just don't envision that.
