You are dealing w Zynga products. Zynga is not the most reliable company. When you buy Zynga, you buy at your peril. Yes, I love Drawsomething2. But it crashes and goes black, just like today. It's Zynga. Keep your Apps backed up on your Mac or some hard drive and don't only rely upon the iCloud or App Store.
