There is no reason yet. The developers will take a little time. The holiday will either be a great time to allow them time to spend time coding or to spend with their family. We will see what transforms in the next two weeks.
Cydia just pushed out an update to 1.1.9 to take advantage of the iOS 7 UI.
Next Apple update will surely block it though.
