I just figured out that I can only copy photos to albums created on the iPad, not those copied using iTunes. That's good to know.
As far as deleting from the camera roll I thought that was not possible, that the camera roll was where they resided and the ones in folders were really just tagged, not moved. Maybe they changed that? I will experiment.
Thanks,
Julie

Once I transfer photos from the Camera Roll I just delete them from the Camera Roll. It keeps my Camera Roll small, tidy and sometimes empty. I don't use a computer to do that.PeteIs the only way to put images that are in the camera roll into a folder by going through iTunes on a computer? (Yes, I know they will still be in camera roll but I want to get organized so I can find images more easily). I know some people don't even have computers, so what would they do in this case?
Thanks,
Julie
