Re: [iPad] Question on iPhone camera

They seem to think that it would be useful to have a "real" shutter, so made the volume button into a dual-purpose button.  It would make it easier to use the camera with just one hand, so I'm in favor of the idea.  I had a heck of a time focusing and tripping the "shutter" on screen when trying to photograph new-born kittens last summer!

Dreadful.  A volume control should control volume.  Period.

"Cool" camera feature?  I just read on Kim's column that there was a cool new feature on the camera:  if you press the volume down button this focuses the camera.  If you press the  volume up button, it snaps a picture.

However, whether I press the one or the other it snaps a picture, and if I leave my finger on the button (doesn't matter which one) I get something like a "burst mode."  Any ideas on this?
