Re: [iPad] Camera-video

I am glad they have a manual because at least some changes are not intuitive, i.e. the video we were just discussing. How is it intuitive to drag when all along we have been touching. You see a menu word, you touch it. That is how the vast majority of the apps I have used work. They should have at least had a pop up that comes up the first time you try to do the obvious to tell you what to do. Good thing I had my Android phone with me or I would have missed what I wanted to save.

On page 106 of "iPad User Guide for iOS 7" directly under the heading
"Take photos and videos" it says:
"Drag up or down to choose the Camera mode for still photos,
square-format photos or videos."

I only found it because you asked and I was curious to see if it was
mentioned.

We would probably all do well to read this book (which is free -- open
iBooks and click the Store button and then enter iOS7 into the search
panel and you'll find the iPad guide as well as the iPhone guide among a
lot of other listings) cover to cover to really learn about iOS7.
