I have Apple TV and have used it successfully for over a year, with the only problem up until now being that it sometimes loses the sound on Netflix or Hulu, but that same thing happened with my Blu Ray DVD player as well. I have tried many things but cannot resolve that issue.
Now I am having a new issue with Apple TV in that it will not play anything on Netflix, whether directly through Apple TV or through Air Play. Hulu works fine, but not Netflix. I can AirPlay things other than Netflix. I can also access Netflix through the Blu Ray DVD player.
I looked into an Apple TV group but they do not appear to be an active group at the moment. If anyone knows what might be causing this or of another group that might be helpful I would appreciate any help you can offer.
