As stated you cannot delete apple apps. Ugh like newsstand.

OK, so I tried to delete the Mail app and it wouldn't delete. All of the other apps (but not the ones that came with the iPad) were jiggling and I couldn't use the home key to stop them from jiggling. Again I had to shut the iPad off. Sooooooo, what do you think is going on and what can I do to solve it?
