I do too. iOS vs Android, iPhone vs Galaxy, PC vs Mac, Xbox vs PS
Its a great business to be in. Do we upgrade our car, washing machine, breadmaker, coffee machine every year or two? No. Many do with these devices, more particularly smartphones and tablets. many do it annually. Im guilty as charged!
Why sell a car to a person every few years when we can have them re buying the same device every year!
yes, legal highs, that's another term. Its a problem. There is one legal high that is and will stay legal, and its responsible for many deaths and injuries to innocent third party's. I can buy it at a store down the road, and when I next need milk and veges, I can buy this legal high from the same place... you know what it is!

The legal high initiative that's being fast tracked. I only read about it ten minutes ago
I think the phone home is a big deal that's gonna scare some nerds away but many are already arguing that they own too many boxes and this one is not gonna be yet another. These are rabid Xbox owners saying the on reddit and slashdot. I realize they are the minority but I'm betting they can sway public opinion. I really enjoy watching the platform wars or in this case the console wars.

Legalise soft drugs? Do you mean party pills, herbals? Not sure what you call them, they are cannabinoids. Artificial drugs that are legal as there is no legislation, yet. They are being made illegal. Then the dudes use different chemicals, then they are legal again.Yes, the internet issue is an issue. I remember, buy a game, install it, play it. Need to see how it plays out for Xbox One and PS4From: Kris Murray <krismurray@gmail.com>

And new Zealand's with its move to legalize soft drugs.Anyway. Game stop makes a killing recycling old games amd I've read m$ move with the ONE will disrupt that model. I believe it must phone in periodically like once a day but so if the Internet down what them? If the servers go down what then? Game servers notoriously go down. What if you like a game and m$ wants to kill its server? What then? I remember the days of buying a game amd being able to play it anytime as long as yu had power and a monitor.~KLMOn May 25, 2013, at 2:21 PM, Tony <tdale@xtra.co.nz> wrote:I''ve watched it here, I'm not seeing that. Apparently it doesn't need online 24/7, although I don't see the issue with that at all. Second hand games is a console issue not Xbox. Sony already does that with its something Pass. If you buy a second hand game, it wont work, until you buy a pass for it, around $15.Xbox One is not a gaming console, but it play games, its about home entertainment. Have to wait to see how that pans out but I do know in our geek community in NZ, many Xbox owners have it for a HTPCFrom: Kris Murray <krismurray@gmail.com>

I hear nerds running away from it in droves. It requires Internet and does some weird thing with second hand games. I forget all the reasons as I don't game nor do I Microsoft.~KLMOn May 23, 2013, at 6:02 PM, Tony <mailto:tdale@xtra.co.nz> wrote:It does appear that way, devices galore.
