Agree. On a desktop, thats where I live, on a tablet, no need. also no need for file associations when the app owns the content, no need for "where have I put it" when the app owns the content. Phone or tablet is a bit clumsy if you live in Windows Explorer or Finder, thats mouse territory

You'll never see the file system on iOS. It is unnecessarily difficult to use to the untrained.

Personally, I'm wondering when we'll see OS X (done right) on a tablet. There's lots of features that OS X already offers - like a REAL file system - that iOS is sadly lacking.
