I'm done with it though. Id like an iPad 4 over my 3, but no need. Want level is high, need level is non existent.
 
My first iPhone was a 4, then 4S, then 5. I will get a 5S, but ONLY cos I promised one of my daughters my wifes 4S for her July birthday, so I will get a 5S, Julie gets my 5, Melissa gets the 4S. If that wasn't happening I will forego my annual iPhone upgrade and wait for a 4.8 model.

It is a racket. Although ppl do lease cars and upgrade annually too. I do my iPhone every other year but if I could afford it I would do it every year. With the iPad I think I won't need another til it dies unless I get extras for the commode and or basement. Which I've considered doing. A cheap smaller tablet for entertainment while I'm taking care of business would be nice.

Its a great business to be in. Do we upgrade our car, washing machine, breadmaker, coffee machine every year or two? No. Many do with these devices, more particularly smartphones and tablets. many do it annually. Im guilty as charged
