YEs, I am still feeding Snowflake who was abandoned by the people who used to live next door. It is going on 4 years now. She meows at me now, still can't get close, but she doesn't run away.
She lets me take her picture and she will share our backyard with us! Lol

I thought I read some places catch feral cats and sterliZe them and re release them. Also. Minnesota at one point was going to allow limited hunting of feral cats.
