Oh my, that is going to be difficult. My sling was on for three weeks to keep my shoulder immobile, and I am not 100% yet, I can't imagine how hard it is going to be to recover from weeks  of immobility. I wish you the best. Patience. That is one thing you'll need. I know I sure need more.

I'm told months
It will be a few weeks before the surgery is healed enough to even start on strength and flexibility of some of the muscles.
