On your iPhone go to the App Store and download the WTO P weather app you'll be able to listen to live reports about the storm as it happens.
You can get the WTOP weather app from the Apple App Store or from WTOP website. Free both places. Pass it on to your friends in the Wash., DC area
No doubt your local radio stations offer a similar app if you're not in wash,dc area.
